My three decades practicing law have given me an extensive and diverse range of experiences.
I have tried virtually every type of case, including personal injury claims divorce actions. commercial litigation, indictable criminal trials, municipal court trials, chancery trials. administrative law trials, workers‘ compensation trials and others.

* Real Estate – Residential and commercial closings, buy/sell and refinance

* Personal injury – Auto accidents, medical malpractice, products liability, slip and fall as well as all other types of injuries.  I also have extensive trial experience

* Family law – Divorce, custody, child support, alimony, adoption, domestic violence
and all other areas

* Municipal Court – Motor vehicle/traffic, disorderly persons charges, assault, theft
and others- I have handled over 3,000 municipal court cases in municipalities throughout the State of New Jersey

* Criminal – I previously worked with the Essex County Public Defenders Office
and have extensive trial experience in indictable criminal matters

* Civil litigation – All types handled with extensive trial experience

* Business – Commercial transactions including the buying and selling of businesses,
stockholder disputes, business formations and dissolutions, partnerships, LLCs ,
corporations and other business entities

* Wills and estate administration including litigating contested estates

* Workers‘ Compensation
